FTMA is proud to announce the opening of the new Potato Garden Run Sewage Treatment Plant and Administration Building located at 90 Strouss Road, Imperial PA 15126. We have centralized our maintenance and administrative operations into one facility. The new facility will open to the public on January 15th 2018. Effective January 1, 2018, the Findlay Township Municipal Authority retail sewer rate will increase by 18% from $6.71/1000 gallons to $7.91/1000 gallons of water consumed for the Montour Run and Potato Garden Run Watersheds. FTMA has recently secured all of the necessary easements for the sanitary sewer project and is waiting for the issuance of one outstanding permit before we can advertise for contractors. A Tap Fee District has been created for all of the properties affected by this project. All property owners within 250 feet of the proposed sewer line will need to pay a tap fee of $4,800 and a Special Component...Read more
