Effective January 1, 2023, FTMA customers will be seeing an increase in their utility bills (water and sewer). Up to this point, FTMA has been able to maintain the same rates since 2017, but increases from our wholesale suppliers (Robinson and Moon) have made it necessary to adjust pricing to maintain the level of service we provide. In addition to water and sewer cost increases from our suppliers, we, like you, the customer, are also experiencing increases to standard operating costs such as electricity, fuel, chemicals, and equipment/material. Our fee schedule (under the Customer Service tab) has been adjusted to show the new rates. We appreciate your understanding in this necessary adjustment and look forward to maintaining our high level of customer service in the future.
